Elrado House in Norderstedt

Visits relate to Corona: My husband and I have enjoyed eating here for years. Typical steakhouse flair, but with a great personal touch from the staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We are very much looking forward to being able to go back after the pandemic

Great steak house ... in my opinion the best restaurant in Norderstedt. As a meat fan, however, I am partial ... :-) Still five stars, because in addition to meat they can also serve salads and side dishes ...

Norderstedt, December 22nd, 2020 Why are guests not informed when the restaurant in Norderstedt has been closed for days? Nobody can be reached there by telephone. Also, there isn't even a notice on the front door that is closed. That is not customer friendly. That's not how you treat regular guests.

A good steakhouse! The meat tastes very good, the service is always friendly and the shop is nicely furnished. A star deduction because the cooking point of the steaks is not optimally hit. The meat tends to be fried a little less than it should - probably because you can no longer save an overcooked steak.

The steaks, as always, to the point. The salads are crisp, very nice service. You feel safe even in corona times.

Quite inconspicuous from the outside, but as beautiful inside as the other restaurants in the chain. The service was very good, even in compliance with the current Corona requirements. The side dishes were relatively generous without compromising on quality. Here is the best (medium-rare) steak I've eaten so far. You hardly notice, if at all, that the restaurant dieselt on what is supposed to be a main street.

The food was very good and the staff very friendly. Only the starter salad was very small for 4.50 euros. Otherwise, as I said, everything to our satisfaction

Today we were finally back at Elrado Norderstedt to eat a good steak. This time we wanted to take our dog with us and called beforehand about it. Already on the phone they were very friendly and pointed out that it was a problem. When we arrived we were greeted very pleasantly and a bowl of water was brought to the table without being asked. I have always found the service there excellent, but after tonight I am even more enthusiastic !!!! The steaks were of course top notch too 😍

You can go out to eat there with small children. The staff is very child-friendly. The steaks are great.

The three team was a dream team. Amelie, Melli and? (sorry). Perfect service with a lot of humor and great entertainment. Always my pleasure.

We're celebrating our anniversary here today. As always, it's incredibly delicious. The waitress is incredibly friendly and competent. Thank you for the great stay!

Unfriendly service and unfriendly boss. My husband and I have now often seen how the boss snapped at the employees and how the employees gossiped about him. Customers should never notice that the employee and the boss do not understand each other. We are all human but that doesn't belong here! Not in front of the customers! There is no professionalism here, so never again.

I went to dinner with my best friend in the evening. Entrecote at its finest. The staff nice and lovely and accommodating and polite and funny. A successful evening

Very friendly service. The steaks broke on the tongue, so tender. Price performance top. Supplement on 11.04.2019: Again eaten here and again delicious. But I have to deduct a star, because when we wanted to pay, we were ignored for a while. You can do it better.
